Had a perfect 10/10 stay, the hotel is lovely welcoming.

The breakfast was superb for the bacon, good value; and the staff was efficient and fantastic friendly. The hotel had indeed a favourable location out in the beautiful garden. The service was excellent, nothing to complain 

Greatly enjoyed this gorgeous hotel, easy to find, with amazingly nice staff at reception desk. The location was particularly good and unbeatable in the beach area. Didn't like when it was hot outside, went to Kebab King to relax and grab some 

Nothing too much trouble, it was dope! It was really homey 3-star hotel as stated in the description.

The cozy double room was remarkably spacious and well-appointed.

The wifi connection was quite slow at times, making it hard to work.

My experience at this homely hotel was really nice. Loved the cosy double room I was given, it had an iron/ironing board, a work desk and a TV. The location of the property was magnificent and peaceful - within 

Overall it was perfect with a bath.

Convenient location

The bathroom was miniscule, with a small 'cloakroom' style sink, a shower and no bath. ok for a 1 night stay, but very small room if staying longer.

Good location with easy parking facilities. Beach within walking distance The Dining Rroom is delightfu and the food was very good. Two main courses for the price of one was unexpected and appreciated. 

Comfortable and attractively furnished small hotel; the staff are welcoming and provide unobtrusive and prompt service; good food.

The hotel offered a warm Scottish welcome and delightful meals, particularly the delicious breakfast options. While the absence of a lift was slightly challenging and the shower pressure was low, the comfy atmosphere and friendly staff more than made up for it.

Very helpful and friendly staff, large comfortable rooms, good food, lovely grounds, free parking, handy to seaside and town.

The hotel is an old building which is charming however there was a bit of noise from the corridor

Friendly staff, spacious room, with free parking and beach access made our stay incredibly enjoyable, especially with the attention to detail during breakfast and the overall cleanliness of our classic double room.
